Delete your NoPlateau account

Open NoPlateau → Profile → Delete account. Your account and data are deleted right away.
No longer have the app?
Email privacy@noplateau.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my NoPlateau account". We confirm by email and finish within 45 days, usually much sooner.
Before you delete: cancel subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google Play. Cancel it first: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
What is deleted
Your account, workouts, templates, programs, custom exercises, measurements, journal, settings and feedback. Progress photos were only ever on your phone; deleting the app removes them.
What is kept
A minimal record that our legal documents were accepted (document, version and date), linked only to a scrambled (hashed) version of your email, so we can show the terms were agreed to. Routine encrypted backups are overwritten within a limited time. See the Privacy Policy.
